Time Schedule: Gates open at 1:00 PM. The match starts at 3:00 PM and will conclude by approximately 5:00 PM.
Ticket Information:
Car Pass Method: Tickets will be checked at the entrance gate while you remain in your car. Each ticket functions as a car pass and will be scanned at the driveway gate. You need one ticket per car, and all passengers in that car will be admitted to the club. Every car that arrives requires a unique car pass, regardless of the number of passengers, including drop-offs and Ubers.
Reserved Seating: Some seating areas may offer multiple car passes, or a ticket per guest/seat, as an amenity. However, they all still function as car passes. Please adhere to the capacity specified for each table, suite, box, or cabana. Your car pass will be emailed from tickets@greenwichpoloclub.com. Ensure your barcode is ready for scanning at the entry gate. If you are purchasing seating for a group, such as a cabana that includes 10 car passes, make sure that each car arriving has a unique ticket for entry at the gate.
Important Policies:
Outside Alcohol: Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the seating areas on the west side of the field, including the Grandstand Cabanas North & South, SkyBoxes, Bleachers, West Lawn Club, and Players Lounge.
If you have tickets for the east side of the field, including the East Lawn Cabana, East Lawn Umbrella, or East Lawn General Admission, you may bring your own food and drinks.
Available Hospitality: Full bar services are available from The Cup Bearer. Enjoy pre-booked catering options from Marcia Selden Catering and a selection of gourmet food trucks on site each Sunday.

EAST LAWN CAR PASS
Car Pass Ticket - $50 (Lawn Picnic Seating on the East Side of the Field)
This is the classic general admission lawn seating ticket. Gain entry for all passengers arriving in a single vehicle and enjoy access to the picturesque grounds of our polo club. Experience the thrill of the game from our picnic-style lawn seating on the east side of the polo field.
We recommend bringing a cozy blanket, a delicious picnic basket, and stylish sun hats for the ultimate outdoor experience. Immerse yourself in the excitement and elegance of polo in comfort and style.
Access to all areas of the polo club including Pony Bar, food trucks, apparel shop, and after-party Asado.
If you arrive before 2:30 you may walk directly across the field, once the field is closed it is a 5 minute walk to the east lawn using the path at the north end of the field.
EAST LAWN UMBRELLA
Car Pass Ticket - $225 (4 to 6 guests, Lawn Picnic Seating on the East Side of the Field with Reserved Umbrella)
Experience the thrill of the game from your reserved 9' circle in the picnic-style lawn seating area on the east side of the polo field, complete with a provided 8' market umbrella for shade.
The space comfortably accommodates 6 people or so. If your party requires an additional vehicle, simply add a seperate General Admission car pass for their entry. Greenwich Polo Club Ticketing Information: Car Passes and Reserved SeatsGreenwich Polo Club Ticketing Information Your Car Pass = Your Entry Ticket One car pass grants entry to Greenwich Polo Club for all passengers inside that car. At the entrance gate, we don't count how many people are in your car, irrespective of the ticket type. Be Mindful of Your Reserved Area Some ticket types come with reserved seating that have specific space limits. For example, the "Grandstand Bleachers Ticket" is priced at $30. This ticket covers a square that can fit 2 seats, effectively priced at $15 per seat. If you've secured a ticket for a reserved area and arrive with more passengers than seats available, the extra guests can enter the grounds but won't have a reserved seat. General Grounds Admission This ticket provides access to the club's general areas for all passengers in the car. Lawn seating can be found on the east side of the field, right behind the reserved umbrella section. No charges are imposed per individual. It's a one-time price for the entire car! In Summary Every passenger in your car is heartily welcomed! For those with reserved spaces, kindly stick to the seating limits. Any extra guests are free to enjoy the grounds but won't have a reserved seat. We hope you have an enjoyable time at Greenwich Polo Club!

What if there is rain in the forecast? Can matches be Cancelled?Ok, you're probably here because rain is in the forecast; don't panic. Rain is no fun, and we want to have the match as much as you do. Yes, in the case of heavy rain, it is possible that a Sunday match will be canceled. We cannot say ahead of time what will happen based on the forecast. We consider the horses' and the rider's safety when determining if the field is safe for play during or after rain. Except in rare circumstances, we will assess the field conditions in the morning and decide the match. Unless otherwise (and prominently) posted, the weekly Sunday match is still on as scheduled. However, if the match is canceled, we will immediately send a dedicated email blast to all ticket holders, post it on social media, and place a bold message at the top of the website (in the green header box) informing everyone of the cancellation. Here is what you can expect. If a match is canceled, all ticket holders of the rained-out match will receive a credit certificate via email in the amount purchased ticket, which will be valid for any upcoming match 12 months following a canceled event. So don't worry; we've got you covered. Please remember that the guest services phone line is reserved for ticketing and other event-related inquiries, not general questions about the weather or match status. If you would like some additional context: Often the forecast changes last minute, and it would be a bummer to cancel if we didn't have to. Rain on Saturday is worse than rain on Sunday for playing polo. The players can play through the rain during the match; in many cases, the more significant factor is how wet the field is from prior rainfall the night or day before. Think of the field as a giant sponge; it can only take so much water before it becomes saturated and thus too slippery for safe play. So if there is rain in the forecast, but the field is still dry, we will play on. The Pony bar will have amazing cocktails, and the food trucks are aplenty, so bring your friends and have a fun day at Greenwich Polo Club.

Do I need a car pass for Uber or if myself or my guests are being dropped off?Yes, all vehicles entering the club must have a pass for entry. All entries that arrive without a car pass will be charged the $65 car pass fee at the gate. Pro Tip: It is possible to purchase a ticket on our website for the discounted rate of $50 in less than 1 minute if you are on the way to the club and do not have a pass.

Can I bring my own alcohol, beer and wine?Not on the West Side of the field (side where the grandstand is.) This includes the SkyBoxes, Grandstand Bleachers, West Lawn Club, Cabana North and South, The Players' Lounge Tent or at the Pony Bar Area. On the East Lawn you may bring outside alcoholic drinks for your own personal consumption, responsibly.
